Our tabling and community events introduce people to foster opportunities, answer their questions on the spot, and connect them with resources to get started. We grow the foster community one conversation at a time.

Our personalized mentorship walks first-timers through every step, answers questions in real-time, and provides reassurance when challenges arise. By making fosters feel confident and connected, we keep them engaged, reduce burnout, and turn one-time fosters into lifelong advocates for rescue dogs.

Our Foster Sponsorship Program provides a $100 scholarship to increases visibility for dogs that have been overlooked for too long. Mama Bear waited for a foster for 6 months & within 24 hours of the scholarship posting she found her foster home.

Through partnerships with local San Diego businesses, we offer foster families access to free and discounted activities—professional dog photography sessions, pet-friendly café and restaurant outings, complimentary training sessions, and more. These perks help socialize foster dogs, create memorable bonding experiences, and give fosters the support and appreciation they deserve.
